Q. How do I secure a Design space for my Wedding Day
or Event?
A. We will need to receive a deposit of £45, to secure a Design space for you. Once we receive
your deposit we will send a confirmation letter out to you with a few questions to email back to us, when you are ready.
Q. If I wish to have a Design you have not yet created, can you create this for me?
A. Yes, you would send us a Design brief and your ideas and we would tailor Design the
table plan for you. Even our set Designs are created from scratch as our clients will choose different names for their
tables, i.e. different racetrack names, Cocktail names, etc
Q. When would we see the first draft?
A. We will usually commence work on your Design 1-2 Months prior to your Wedding or Event day.
We would contact you at this stage to get a rough idea of how many tables
you are having on the day, and to confirm your Table plan Design.
Q. How and when do you need our guest list?
A. A guideline is to send the bulk of your guest list typed in word or excel, about 3 weeks
prior to your Wedding or Event day. Don't worry if you are still awaiting a few guest names, these can be added on a later day.
Q. Is there a cut off date?
A. Most clients will have changes to make to either their Design or guest list. Every time
you send an email with a change; we will amend your Design and email you an updated version as a PDF.
We will only send your Design to print once you have signed off your
Design, by emailing, "I am happy for you to send to print now". This is usually 2 weeks
Prior to your Wedding Day or Event.
Q. When do I pay the rest of the balance?
A. Once you are happy with your Design and signed off.
Q. Where and when will you deliver the finished table
Plan Package?
A. We will deliver anywhere in the U.K, we recommend to your home, family or work address as it
will need to be signed for. Once your Table Plan is packaged we will contact you for a delivery address.
Deliveries are usually on a Wednesday by 1pm, unless you wish to receive on any other day.
